BCBSWNY Flex Benefits is an application developed by BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, specifically designed to offer participants a centralized platform to manage their consumer-driven health care and other benefit accounts.

• Ability to view all email alerts
• Direct contact with the administrator via email or mobile phone through the mobile application
• Utilization of the same username/password as the online portal, eliminating the need for device registration; simply download, login, and access
• Enhanced authentication support including Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and challenge questions
